RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE AFFIDAVIT OF NONDEVELOPMENT CONCERNING LEASE BETWEEN
WELD COUNTY AND RAY T. RADER AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Affidavit of
Nondevelopment concerning a lease between Weld County and Ray T.
Rader, recorded at Book 600, Reception #1522451 in the records of
the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, and
WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable
to approve said Affidavit of Nondevelopment, a copy of which is
attached hereto and inorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Affidavit of
Nondevelopment concerning a lease between Weld County and Ray T.
Rader be , and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Affidavit of Nondevelopment.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of

RE: Request for Affidavit for Non-Development of Oil and Gas
Lease that Has Not Been Released
A short time ago, Dennis Hansen called and requested that we file
an Affidavit of Non-Production on certain lands . I am not certain
as to whether or not this is the particular lease that you worked
on at one time, but I would like to have you review this material ,
and if it' s appropriate for the Chairman to execute this
Affidavit, then I think it should either be given to Bill for
signature or put on the agenda for Board action and signature if
you would recommend doing it that way.
