RE: APPROVE CORRECTION OF RESOLUTION CONCERNING GAS DIVISION
ORDER FROM NATURAL GAS ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board did, by Resolution dated March 18 , 1987 ,
approve a Gas Division Order from Natural Gas Associates , Inc. ,
concerning the W1 SWa, Section 6 , Township 4 North , Range 66 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did, erroneously, state that Weld
County is entitled to a one-eighth royalty interest on production,
and
WHEREAS, Weld County is entitled to 18 3/4% royalty interest
on production from this parcel , said royalty interest being
reflected in the Division Order from Natural Gas Associates , Inc. ,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable that the above
mentioned Resolution be corrected to indicate the correct
percentage of royalty interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above stated
Resolution of March 18, 1987 , be, and hereby is, corrected to
indicate that Weld County is entitled to 18 3/4% royalty interest
on production from the hereinabove described parcel.
