A public hearing was conducted on December 16, 1987, at 2:00 P.M. , with
the following present:
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy, Chairman
Commissioner C.W. Kirby, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Gene Brantner
Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson
Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Mary Reiff
Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison
Comptroller, Claud Hanes
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated November 9, 1987, and
duly published November 12, 1987, in the Johnstown Breeze, a public
hearing was conducted to consider the assessment of costs associated
with Indianhead Local Improvement District No. 1987-1, Lee Morrison,
Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record and explained
that it has been recommended that costs of $90.46 per lot be assessed
for this project, with a Resolution having been prepared to that
effect. Mr. Morrison also reviewed the terms of the Resolution. Claud
Hanes, Comptroller, was present to answer questions of the Board. No
public comment was made concerning this request. Mr. Morrison stated
that the notice of this hearing provided that written objections could
be made, but no written objections have been received. Commissioner
Johnson moved to approve the Resolution assessing the costs of
Indianhead Local Improvement District No. 1987-1. Commissioner Kirby
seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 21st day of December, 1987.
