RE: ESTABLISH WELD COUNTY ELECTION PRECINCTS FOR THE 1988 AND
1990 ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 1-6-101 (6) CRS, as amended , no
later than June 1 , 1987 , the Board shall establish precinct
boundaries which shall remain in effect until after the general
election in 1990 , and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Clerk and Recorder has presented to
the Board a list of Weld County election precincts , together with
a description of each precinct, a copy of said list being attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to establish the 1988
and 1990 election precincts for Weld County as described .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the 1988 and 1990
election precincts for Weld County be, and hereby are, established
as indicated in the attached list .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
May, A.D. , 1987.
