RE: APPROVE CORRECTION TO RESOLUTION CONCERNING FINAL PLAT FOR
MINOR SUBDIVISION - LONGMONT CENTENNIAL INN
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on August 12 , 1987 , the Board approved the Final
Plat for a Minor Subdivision for Longmont Centennial Inn, subject
to six Conditions , and
WHEREAS , when the Resolution was prepared Condition 6 (a) (1)
was not stated correctly in said Resolution, and
WHEREAS , Condition 6 (a) (1) should read as follows :
Access may be restricted onto State Highway 119
if future development occurs west of this
subdivision and reasonable alternative access
ownof the fee
er(s) available which is not to be
lth heonnt unreasonably
withheld.
WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to approve said
correction to Condition 6 (a) (l ) .
NOW, THEREFORE , RE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Condition 6 (a) (1)conerning the Minor ngmont andc herebyis , corrected as v hereinaboveision for ost Centennial Inn be,
stated.
