RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community
Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bill Starks be
reappointed, and Al Arriessecq and Margo Barnhart be appointed to
said Board, to fill said vacancies, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to reappoint Bill Starks with a
term to expire November 1 , 1991; and appoint Al Arriessecq with a
term to expire November 1 , 1991 , and Margo Barnhart with a term to
expire November 1 , 1989 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Bill Starks, Al
Arriessecq, Margo Barnhart be, and hereby are, appointed and
reappointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board with terms to
expire as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
October, A.D. , 1988 .
