Gentlemen:
This letter will hopefully answer your remaining questions concerning the
revision of USR-561.
(a) Red Wave, Ltd. is a gas gathering company who delivers and sells
gas to Pantera Energy at the site described in the USR.
(b) Additional traffic should be one (1) truck per week.
(c) The 18,000 gallon pressure tank will collect pipeline condensate
and prevent the loss of gas to the atmosphere as would be the case
if an atmospheric tank were used.
(d) Currently the site contains the following major equipment not
including pipelines and their accessory fittings:
1. Two compressors w/building
2. Inlet separators
3. 210 bbl storage tank
4. Pit
5. Fence
6. Meter House
7. The 18,000 gallon tank for which the revision is being requested.

Gentlemen :
Red Wave, Ltd. wishes to place in service an eighteen thousand (18,000)
gallon pressurized storage tank at a location which is referenced by USR No.
561.
The tank will be used for the collection of natural gas pipeline conden-
sate. We request the approval of this use since we feel that it provides the
means for a safe operation.
Pantera Energy Corporation, to whom the USR was granted, has agreed to
allow the installation of the tank of their property.
Upon approval we will apply for the necessary building permits. If we
can be of assistance please contact this office.
