RE: REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY HEALTH ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Health
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dale Benson (Advisory
Board Area 1) and Lois Smee (Advisory Board Area 6) be reappointed
to said Board, for terms to expire May 23 , 1989 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint the above named
individuals to the Weld County Health Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Dale Benson and Lois
Smee be, and hereby are , reappointed to the Weld County Health
Advisory Board, with their terms to expire May 23 , 1989 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
May, A.D. , 1986 .
