RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO UNIFORM BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Uniform Building
Code Board of Appeals , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Daryl Korgan be
appointed to said Board, with his term to expire December 31 ,
1990 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Daryl Korgan to the
Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Daryl Korgan be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Uniform Building Code Board of
Appeals, with his term to expire December 31 , 1990 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
December, A.D. , 1987.
