Brantner -- County Attorney Frank Yamaguc i 860033 FT HEARING CERTIFICATION DOCKET NO. 85-93 RE: HEARING TO SHOW CAUSE FOR REVOCATION OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT #427, STAN RECH (31 DISPOSAL) A public hearing was conducted on January 8, 1986, at 2:00 P.M. , with the -following present: Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson, Chairman Commissioner Cordon E. Lacy, Pro-Tem Commissioner tene Brantner Commissioner C.W. Kirby Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Debbie Campbell Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison Planning Department representative, Keith Schuett The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated November 27, 1985, and duly published -December 26, 1985, in the Johnstown Breeze, a public hearing was conducted to Show Cause for revocation of Special Use Permit #427 _issued to Stan Rech, owner of 31 Disposal. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record. He stated that the issue is - whether or not Development Standards #1, #3, #7, #11 and #14 are being complied with. Keith Schuett, representing the Planning Department, reviewed this case for the Board stating that Mr. Rech has closed this operation and has now submitted an application for a new Use by Special Review. The new application is for an oil recycling facility and a Closure and Reclamation Plan for the current facility has been submitted to the Planning Department. He said the Reclamation Plan will be incorporated into the Standards of the new Use by Special Review. He said the recommendation of the Planning staff is to continue this matter until February 26, 1986. Wes Potter, representing the Health Department, said that a member of the Health Department had inspected the site and there was no indication that the facility is in operation. After discussion, Commissioner Brantner moved to continue this matter to February 26, 1986. Commissioner Kirby seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
