RE: APPROVE APPLICATIONS FOR GAS SERVICE WITH ROCKY MOUNTAIN
NATURAL GAS COMPANY, INC. AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , applications for gas service with Rocky Mountain
Natural Gas Company, Inc. have been submitted to the Board for its
consideration, and
WHEREAS , said gas service shall be for the Library and the
two Head Start buildings in Frederick, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve said applications , copies of which are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the applications for
gas service with Rocky Mountain Natural Gas Company, Inc . , be , and
hereby are, approved for the Library and the two Head Start
buildings in Frederick.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is , authorized to sign said applications .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
November, A.D. , 1987 .

of K N Energy, Inc. ("RMNG")
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RMNG is hereby requested to provide gas service at the location herein described(the"premises"),and to furnish,own and maintain metering and
regulating equipment located on the premises. As a condition to such service,it is understood and agreed as follows:
1. All private service lines,piping,appurtenant facilities,and gas-burning appliances or equipment(excluding metering and regulating equipment),
located on or within the premises,shall be owned,maintained and controlled by the Customer and/or premises'owner in accordance with RMNG's
rules,tariffs,and other applicable laws and regulations as amended from time to time. Except as otherwise required by law,RMNG does not
undertake to,or assume the obligation for,the inspection,testing,maintenance;or repair of equipment or facilities riot owned by RMNG.
2. The Customer agrees to pay for gas service at RMNG's established rates as amended and changed from time to time,plus all sales,use,
excise and other taxes. RMNG may require from the Customer a money deposit sufficient to secure RMNG in payment of such sums which
may become due by Customer to RMNG. The Customer further agrees to abide by RMNG's present and future rules,tariffs,and other applicable
laws and regulations as a condition of gas service. RMNG's rules are available for examination at any RMNG business office.
3. The Customer agrees that RMNG will have the right of access to the Customer's premises at reasonable times for the purpose of installing,
reading,inspecting,testing,maintaining,or repairing metering and regulating equipment,or for the purpose of removing its property,and for
all other proper and lawful purposes.
4. RMNG shall not be liable for damages due to interruptions in service and the Customer shall hold RMNG harmless from any and all claims or
liability for damage or injury to persons or property which may arise out of or be caused by the construction,maintenance,use,or operation of
service lines,piping,facilities,equipment,or appliances which are located on the premises.
5. The Customer shall properly protect RMNG's property located on the premises from loss or damage.
6. The Customer shall provide a minimum of forty-eight hours'advance written notice to RMNG when the Customer desires to discontinue gas
service. In the event the Customer moves to a different location,an application must be made for service at the different location. The Customer
will be held liable to RMNG for all service received at the vacated location until payment in full has been made. The Customer shall also tie held
liable for all service at the vacated location until such time as the Customer has given RMNG the required forty-eight hour advance written
notice and request to discontinue service.
7. This application pertains solely to one meter to be installed at the premises. Separate applications will be required for other meters or locations.
