Home My WebLink About870134.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CHANGE ORDERS FOR SHERIFF' S CRIME LAB WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Weld County entered into a construction contract to remodel the Sheriff' s Crime Lab with Lockhart Constructors , Inc. on July 22, 1986 , and WHEREAS, necessary Change Orders totaling $893. 00 were recommended as necessary by the Architect, Loren Bley. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby approves Change Orders totaling $893. 00 to the contract with Lockhart Constructors, Inc . , dated July 22 , 1986 .
