RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING REQUEST FOR PERMISSION TO PAVE
A WELD COUNTY ROAD AND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC
CONTROL DEVICES ON WELD COUNTY ROADS 8 AND 21
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Thomas J.
Coughlin of Fort Lupton for permission to pave Weld County Roads 8
and 21 ; and for the installation of traffic control devices at the
intersection of Weld County Roads 8 and 21 , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to refer said request
to the Engineering Deparment for its recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Thomas
J. Coughlin for permission to pave Weld County Roads 8 and 21 ; and
for the installation of traffic control devices at the
intersection of Weld County Roads 8 and 21 , be and hereby is,
referred to the Engineering Department for its recommendation.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
November, A.D. , 1988 .
