Home My WebLink About860577.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE FIREWORKS DISPLAY LICENSE FOR EUGENE RUSSELL ON THE 4TH DAY OF JULY, 1986 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Section 12-28-103, CRS, as amended, permits Weld County to grant permits for public displays of fireworks by organizations and groups, and WHEREAS, Eugene Russell, for the Hill-N-Park Community, has applied for a Fireworks Display License for July 4 , 1986 , with the display to take place in Hill-N-Park, and WHEREAS, the Board, after review and consideration, deems it appropriate to grant said License. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Eugene Russell, for the Hill-N-Park Community, be, and hereby is, granted Fireworks Display License No. 73 for July 4 , 1986 , subject to approval by the Weld County Sheriff' s Office; approval by the fire protection district; and the posting of a $1 ,000. 00 bond or other proof of adequate insurance. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of June, A.D. , 1986 .
