PLAN WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , Beebe Draw Land Company, Ltd. has submitted a letter to the Board of County Commissioners requesting that a hearing to consider a Final P.U.D. Plan be pre-advertised, and WHEREAS, a copy of said letter is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it appropriate to grant the request to pre-advertise this matter and set the hearing for July 24 , 1985 , at 2 :00 P.M. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Beebe Draw Land Company, Ltd. to pre-advertise the application for a Final P.U.D.
