HUHMAN WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 24th day of April, 1985 , considered the request of Richard L. and Joanna M. Huhman for a mobile home to be used beyond eighteen months during construction of a residence, and WHEREAS, ZPMH #789 was staff issued on September 6 , 1983 , and expired on March 6 , 1985 , and WHEREAS, Richard L. and Joanna M.
