Dear Mr. David:
Per our conversation of yesterday, enclosed is a certified land-survey
map pertaining to the referenced property. Such survey indicates 1.759
acres lie south of the south bank of the Platte River in such lands.
Said acreage, along with the .304 acres comprised from the 40 foot
wide strip of land set out in the Weld County lease, total the lands
contributed by such lease in the Silva #1 Unit.
