Dear Drew:
RBD will be happy to provide a structural inventory on the above
referenced project over the Little Thompson for a lump sum fee of
$250.00. As an additional service, this will increase our fee
from $17,870 to $18,120. Please acknowledge your acceptance by

Change Order - Engineering Contract 3/42A
Subject:
Pursuant to our work session with the Board of Weld County
Commissioners, I request you place on the Commissioners' agenda,
a Change Order to our Contract with RBD Inc. , Engineering
Consultants, for the structural inventory rating for Bridge
3/42A. In accordance with RBD's letter of April 16, 1987, the
additional work will be performed for a lump sum fee of $250.00.
A copy of RBD's letter is attached.
The extra work is a new requirement by the State Highway
Department that must be provided before final payment of our
bridge funds. It is a structural rating that conforms to the
State of Colorado Bridge Inventory which is a separate structural
analysis as required by the American Association of State Highway
and Transportation Officials Bridge Design code.
