RE: FINAL APPORTIONMENT OF COSTS - ANTELOPE HILLS LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT
A. public hearing was conducted on December 10, 1986, at 2:00 P.M. , with
the following present:
Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson, Chairman
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Gene Brantner
Commissioner. C.W. Kirby
Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi
Also present :
Acting Cleric to the Board, Mary Reiff
Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison
Director of Finance and Administration, Donald D. Warden
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated November 10, 1986, and
duly published November 13, 1986, in the Johnstown Breeze, a public
hearing was conducted to consider the final apportionment of costs on
the Antelope Hills Local Improvement District. Lee Morrison, Assistant
County Attorney, made this matter of record and said that a draft
Resolution has been prepared which sets the cost at $1,039.60 per lot
iu the Antelope Hills Subdivision, First and Second Filing, and
provides two options for payment by each landowner. No public
testimony was offered concerning this matter. Commissioner Kirby moved
to approve the Resolution regarding the apportionment of costs for the
Antelope Hills Local Improvement District. The motion, seconded by
Commissioner Brantner, carried unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 15th day of December, 1986.
