Dear Mr. Lacy:
We have reviewed and hereby approve your executed contract documents with
the following company for construction of the above referenced
project.
CONTRACTOR TYPE OF WORK CONTRACT AMOUNT
Hall-Irwin Construction Water, Sewer & Streets $1,245,906.65
You should issue the contractor a "Notice to Proceed" letter authorizing
the start of construction. One copy of the letter should be furnished to
this office.
Please advise this office of the date of the pre-construction conference,
the date that on-site labor employment begins by the contractor, as well
as the date and location of project sign erection.
If you have any questions with regard to the preceding, or other matters
concerning your project, please contact the EDA Project Engineer,
Mel Myers at (303) 844-5451.
