Dear Sirs:
I am requesting for a Subdivision Exemption for a parcel of ground that
I am purchasing from Mr. Frank Yokooji for the purpose of expanding my
leeching field for my Mobile Home Park, known as Sierra Vista Mobile
Home Park.
This will expand my property by 1.483 acres MIL so that I can conform
to the Weld County Health Department standards . I need to install a
large Reverse Osmosis unit to bring my domestic water up to standards and
also to expand my septic leeching field. The reverse osmosis unit will
need a large waste leeching field in that it takes approximately 7
gallons of water to make one good gallon of usable water.
The benefits of this request will bring my domestic water up to standards
and promote a much nicer place for families to live.

the application meets the approval criteria of Section 9-3 E. of the Weld
County Subdivision Regulations, you will be notified that the subdivision
exemption is approved. If the staff determines that the application does
not meet the approval criteria, you will be notified and asked to appear
before the Board of County Commissioners at a public hearing. You will be
informed of the hearing date at least a week prior to the hearing. The
Board of County Commissioners will then consider your application and make a
final decision on the subdivision exemption.

RE: Part of the South half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19,
Township 1 North, Range 66 West, Weld County, Colorado. Proposed
one (1) acre sale for leach field.
Dear Frank:
Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company maintains a fifty (50' ) foot easement
on the existing 4" natural gas pipeline on the above referenced property.
However, Panhandle recently staked our existing line in the area for the
proposed sale, and the line was laid approximately 15 feet parallel to. the
Southwest to Northeast property fence.
Panhandle does not have any problems with the leach field being twenty-five
(25' ) feet East of the existing pipeline. We do request that prior to any
construction, the purchaser or contractor call the Utility Notification
Center at 1-800-922-1987 or 534-6700 (Metro-Denver) , two (2) business days
in advance, so we may be present to expose our pipeline prior to any cross-
ing of a utility or excavation near our line.
