RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION TO WELD COUNTY SHELTER HOME
FROM CHINO SIFUENTEZ, 2036 1ST AVENUE, #284 , GREELEY,
COLORADO 80631
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Chino Sifuentez has donated 50 pounds of onions and
50 pounds of potatoes to the Weld County Shelter Home, and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept
all donations via Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the donation of 50
pounds of onions and 50 pounds of potatoes to the Weld County
Shelter Home from Chino Sifuentez , 2036 1st Avenue, #284 , Greeley,
Colorado, 80631, be, and hereby is, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this
Resolution, along with a letter of appreciation, be forwarded to
Chino Sifuentez .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
November, A.D. , 1989 .
