Dear Mr . O 'David :
As you may be aware , the Ogilvy III Annexation , inclusive of a portion of
the airport property, was effective as of June 12, 1985. The final step
in the annexation process is to withdraw the property from the Western
Hills Fire Protection District. In the case of the airport property, the
withdrawal will provide clarification of jurisdiction for fire
protection . Since the airport is a tax exempt entity it will not impact
Western Hills' revenues . The City will pay all of the costs associated
with the withdrawal and will also handle its processing and recording .
Please have Ms . Johnson sign the attached petition , have the signature
notorized , and return it to me as soon as possible. If you have any
questions relative to this matter , please do not hesitate to contact me.

real property hereinafter described , respectfully request that said
property be' excluded and taken from the Western Hills Fire Protection
District .

2. Said property constitutes contiguous and compact portions of the

3 . Said property has been annexed to the City of Greeley , Colorado ,
by Ordinance No . 55 , 1985 , which was passed and adopted
