RE: GRANT REQUEST OF VERN NELSON, ON BEHALF OF CRS INVESTMENTS,
INC. , TO PRE-ADVERTISE SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE HEARING
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Vern Nelson , on behalf of CRS Investments , Inc. , has
submitted a letter to the Board requesting that a Substantial
Change hearing be pre-advertised , and
WHEREAS, a copy of said letter of request is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference , and
WHEREAS , after review, the Board deems it appropriate to
grant said request to pre-advertise this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County , Colorado , that the request of Vern
Nelson , on behalf of CRS Investments , Inc. , to pre-advertise a
Substantial Change hearing be , and hereby is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
April, A.D. , 1987.

Re: Bay Shores P.U.D. Rezoning Proposal
CRS Investments Inc.
Dear Madam:
This is a request to set an early date for a substantial
change hearing before the Board of County Commissioners for the
referenced property. This matter is scheduled for hearing before
the Weld County Planning Commission on April 21 , 1987 .
CRS Investment Inc. , respectfully requests that the Board of
County Commissioners set a date for hearing at the earliest possible
time after the April 21, 1987 hearing before the County Planning
Commission. Such a setting will expedite the completion of this
project. It is our understanding that all preadvertising fees will
be paid by the applicant.

We have received a request from Vern Nelson, agent for CRS
Investments (Bay Shores P.U.D. ) , to pre-advertise a substantial
change hearing regarding a rezoning request. This matter will be
heard by the Planning Commission on April 21. To meet the
publication requirements for a substantial change, the earliest
this hearing can be scheduled is May 6 , at 2 : 00 p.m.
