RE: SET HEARING DATE TO CONSIDER PETITION FROM NEW RAYMER-
STONEHAM PEST CONTROL DISTRICT TO EXTEND TERMINATION DATE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a petition from the New
Raymer-Stoneham Pest Control District requesting that a public
hearing be held to determine if the the termination date should be
extended, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 35-5-104 (7) , C.R.S. , the Board
deems it advisable that said hearing be set for Monday, December
5 , 1988 , at 9 : 00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to
consider extension of the termination date for the New Raymer-
Stoneham Pest Control District be, and hereby is, set for Monday,
December 5 , 1988 , at 9 : 00 a .m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
November, A.D. , 1988 .

The New Raymer-Stoneham Grasshopper Pest Control District is
requesting an extension of its termination date. This must be
published at least 10 days in advance of a hearing; therefore, we
are recommending that the hearing date be set for December 5 ,
1988 , at 10 : 00 a .m.

TO: The Board of Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado
We, the undersigned District Advisory Committee for the New Raymer-
Stoneham Grasshopper Pest Control District.
In accordance with Section 35-5-104(7), CRS, the Board may extend the
Grasshopper District Termination date by holding Public Hearing to
determine if the termination date should or should not be extended. If the
Board determines after hearing that such extension date is advisable, the
Board shall immediately declare the extension of the termination date and
shall inform the District Advisory Committee and the County Assessor.
The District Advisory Committee requests that the Board extend the
termination date / C years.
We the undersigned respectfully request the above action to be taken
before December 16, 1988, as this District's termination date is December 31,
1988.
