RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER SITE SPECIFIC
DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT - DREILING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on the 2nd day of November, 1988 , the Board
considered the request of Richard J. and Rhonda R. Dreiling for a
Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for an
agricultural service establishment (well pump and supply business)
in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board was advised by the Department of Planning
Services that the subject property was not properly posted ten
days prior to the hearing, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue this matter
to November 16 , 1988 , at 10 :00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to
consider the application of Richard J. and Rhonda R. Dreiling for
a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit be, and
hereby is, continued to November 16 , 1988 , at 10 :00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
November, A.D. , 1988 .

DREILING
-A -public hearing was conducted on November 2, 1988, at 10:00 A.M. , with
the following present:
Commissioner Gene Brantner, Chairman
Commissioner r.W. Kirby, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy
Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi
Also present:
Acting _Clerk to the -Board, Mary -Reiff
Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison
Planning Department representative, lanell Curry
The following business -was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated October 10, 1988, and
Auly published October 19, 1988, in the Platteville Herald, a public
hearing was conducted to consider the application of Richard J. and
Rhonda R. Dreiling for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special
Review Permit for an agricultural service establishment (well pump and
supply business) in the A (Agricultural) lone District. Chairman
Brantner made this matter of -record. lanell Curry, representing the
Planning Department advised that the property was not posted ten days
prior to this hearing as required; therefore, the hearing must be
continued. Commissioner Zacy moved to continue this hearing to
November 16, 1988, at 10:00 a.m. Commissioner Johnson seconded the
motion and it carried unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 7th day of November, 1988.
