RESOLUTION
RE: INCREASE AMOUNT OF WELD COUNTY REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 22nd day of September, 1986 , did adopt a policy
increasing the amount of the Weld County Revolving Fund to $7,500 ,
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Department recommends that the amount
now be increased to $10 , 000 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Revolving Fund
amount be, and hereby is, increased to $10 ,000 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
June, A.D. , 1988 .
