Subject: Request vacation of USR-830
The department has received a request to vacate USR-830 that was approved by
the Board on June 15, 1988. The property on which the Special Review permit
was approved is under contract to be sold. The purchaser does not wish to
have the Special Review permit remain valid. The property owner and seller,
Sarah Ann Smith, has agreed to vacate the Special Review permit in her
letter of November 15. The staff recommends that USR-830 be vacated.
