RE: APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE ROAD AND BRIDGE
ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Road and
Bridge Advisory Board , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dale Rademacher,
District 5 position , and Floyd Oliver, Jr. , at large position , be
appointed to serve on said Board, with their terms to expire March
1 , 1990 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Frank Curtis and John
Willard be reappointed to said Board , with their terms to expire
March 1 , 1990 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint and reappoint the above
named individuals to the Road and Bridge Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , that Dale Rademacher and
Floyd Oliver, Jr. be , and hereby are , appointed to the Road and
Bridge Advisory Board , with their terms to expire March 1 , 1990 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Frank Curtis and
John Willard be, and hereby are , reappointed to the Road & Bridge
Advisory Board, with their terms to expire March 1 , 1990 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
April , A.D. , 1987.
