RE: APPROVAL OF ALTERING CERTAIN ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARIES IN
THE CITY OF GREELEY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, in order to accommodate the annexation of land into
the City of Greeley and the extension of the Greeley Ward lines to
the city limits, it is necessary to make a change to an existing
precinct, and
WHEREAS, in order that Weld County complies with the law in
every respect, it is desirable and necessary that the Board now
consider, determine and establish such modifications in the
boundaries of various voting precincts in the City of Greeley as
shown on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein , and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the boundaries of the
election precincts in the City of Greeley be, and hereby are,
modified to be as shown on Exhibit "A" .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
September, A.D. , 1985 .

subject: PRECINCT CHANGE - -
In order to accommodate the annexation of land into the City of
Greeley and the extension of the Greeley Ward lines to the city
limits, it is necessary to make a change to an existing precinct.
Attached find map showing the boundary lines of Precinct 68245,
and the new Precinct 68263. When the precincts are finalized
in 1986, the mylar will be updated and presented for your approval
establishing all precincts for Weld County.
