RE: APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH COMPUTER INFORMATION CONCEPTS AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, an Agreement with Computer Information Concepts has
been presented to the Board for its consideration, and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions are as stated in said
Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Agreement with
Computer Information Concepts be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
February, A.D. , 1989 .

Dear Mr. Kirby:
We have appreciated the opportunity to work with Weld County
in identifying and implementing automated solutions to date and
look forward to participating in the recently implemented
Strategic Planning Process. As discussed, our firm is pleased to
offer continued consulting assistance as follows:
1. Attend the Assessor's Office Strategic Planning
Organization Sub-Committee on an "as needed" basis.
2 . Chair the Assessor's Office Strategic Planning Computer
Sub-Committee in the evaluation of the current system,
identification and demonstration of other available
systems and final determination of a financially
acceptable direction.
3 . Perform other duties with regard to the County's
automation activities as may be directed by the Board
of County Commissioners.
Our fee, for the assistance provided will be calculated
according to the level of expertise required as indicated below:
Administration $70. 00/hour
Technical 65. 00/hour
Training 55. 00/hour
Clerical 25. 00/hour
Miscellaneous expenses incurred, i.e. travel, mileage,
lodging, meals, etc. , are additional and will be included in our
monthly statement at cost.
