RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CERTAIN WELD COUNTY OFFICIALS TO HAVE
ACCESS TO THE SAFE DEPOSIT BOX AT THE INTRAWEST BANK OF
GREELEY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the County of Weld rents a safe deposit box from the
IntraWest Bank of Greeley for the purpose of storing documents,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado, to designate certain County
officers and employees to have access to said safe deposit box,
Number 3017 , and
WHEREAS, Mary Ann Feuerstein, Weld County Clerk and Recorder;
Wanda Hughes, Chief Deputy County Clerk and Recorder; Tommie
Antuna, Deputy County Clerk; and Mary Reiff, Deputy County Clerk,
are fit and proper persons to have access to said safe deposit
box, Number 3017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Mary Ann Feuerstein,
Weld County Clerk and Recorder; Wanda. Hughes , Chief Deputy County
Clerk and Recorder; Tommie Antuna, Deputy County Clerk; and Mary
Reiff, Deputy County Clerk, he, and hereby are designated as the
Weld County officials who are to have access to the safe deposit
box, Number 3017 , rented by the County of Weld from the IntraWest
Bank of Greeley, Colorado.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Resolution dated
April 5 , 1982 , designating certain County officers and employees
to have access to said safe deposit box be , and hereby is,
rescinded.
