and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Section 20 and considering the
South Line of said Southeast Quarter to bear South 89°58'08" West, with all
other bearings contained herein being relative thereto:

that the application meets the approval criteria of Section 9-3 E. of the
Weld County Subdivision Regulations, you will be notified that the
subdivision exemption is approved. If the staff determines that the
application does not meet the approval criteria, you will be notified and
asked to appear before the Board of County Commissioners at a public
hearing. You will be informed of the hearing date prior to the hearing.
The Board of County Commissioners will then consider your application and
make a final decision on the subdivision exemption.

MARY F. HARSH SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION APPLICATION
Supporting Statement
The Applicant, Mrs. Mary F. Harsh, has submitted this
Subdivision Exemption Application in order that she might include
in the acreage which she owns in the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter (SE'SE;) of Section 20, Township 7 North, Range
66 West of the 6th P.M. the irrigation pond comprising
approximately 1.337 acres to the immediate northwest of that
property. The irrigation pond is located in property which
Mrs . Harsh also owns in the North Half of the Southeast Quarter
(N'2SE'4) of Section 20, Township 7 North, Range 66 West.
Mrs . Harsh has, concurrently with the filing of this
Subdivision Exemption, filed a Recorded Exemption whereby she
seeks to have her residence and approximately four acres severed
from the remainder of the property which she owns in the North
Half of the Southeast Quarter (NOSE;) . She then hopes to sell
that farm ground, together with property owned by Mrs . Harsh' s
daughter, Karen Oltman, to an interested purchaser. However,
Mrs . Harsh wishes to retain ownership of the acreage in the
Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE4SE4) .
The irrigation pond services the property of Mrs . Harsh in
the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE3SE') . If she
were to sell her property in the North Half of the Southeast
Quarter (N%SE'4) , then the rights to use the irrigation pond would
be lost to the property she owns in the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter (SE'34SE4) . Therefore, by requesting that the
irrigation pond now become part of the property which she owns in
the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE%SE') , the
right to use the irrigation pond will continue in Mrs . Harsh.
The prospective purchasers of Mrs. Harsh' s property in the North
Half of the Southeast Quarter (N%gSE4) have acknowledged and
agreed that such an arrangement is appropriate and is acceptable
to them.
