RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 994 - ED JENNINGS WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 27th day of March , 1985 , considered the request of Ed Jennings for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS , said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 1 , Block 45 , Aristocrat Ranchettes , Second filing, a subdivision located in Section 27 , Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having e rd the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject the following conditions: 1) The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) A septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation ndest s) requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions.
