Your subdivision exemption application is complete and in order and will be processed by our office on or before September. 30, . 1985. If it is determined that the application meets the approval criteria of Section 9-3 E. of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, you will be notified that the subdivision exemption is approved. Adams and Rosalie S. Adams, and Alvia D. Garrison and Ann J. Garrison Portion of NE1 of 13-5-65, Weld County Gentlemen: The purpose and reason for the proposed exchange of land is based on the following: 1. In 1979 the parties entered into a lease wherein the Garrisons leased the land on the West end of Adams' property and Adams leased the land on the East end of the Garrison's property. 2. At that time we felt it was more feasible that the corrals for the Adams'cattle be in back of their house and not right beside the Garrison house; and for Garrison's pasture for their thorough— bred horses to be next to their barns and house. 3.
