RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING PETITION REQUESTING
INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES ON ELDER AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a Petition requesting the
installation of traffic control devices to be placed on Elder
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to refer this request
to the Engineering Department for its recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Petition
requesting the installation of traffic control devices to be
placed on Elder Avenue be, and hereby is, referred to the
Engineering Department for its recommendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the recommendation
by the Engineering Department is to be considered by the Board on
August 14 , 1985 , at the regular Board meeting.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
August, A.D. , 1985 .
