RE: PURCHASE OF USED PF-500 PAVER FROM BEST-WAY PAVING COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Purchasing Policies and Procedures
require that all used property be purchased by Board Resolution ,
and
WHEREAS, on June 30th , 1986 , Weld County entered into a
lease agreement with an option to buy a used PF-500 (Bare
Machine) Paver with Best-Way Paving Company, and
WHEREAS , the Director of Road and Bridge has recommended
the purchase of said Paver tor the amount of $18 , 100 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County , Colorado, hereby authorizes the
purchase of the used PF-500 (Bare Machine) Paver from Best-Way
Paving Company, in the amount of $18 , 100 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
September, A.D. , 1986 .
