subject: Amendment to a Purchase ofServices Agreement by and between
the Weld County School District RE-5J and Head Start.
Enclosed for Board approval is an Amendment to a Purchase of Services Agreement
by and between the Weld County School District Re-5J and Head Start.
This amends the original contract dated August 18, 1986, changing the contracted
charge for meals served to the Headstart Classroom housed at Letford Elementary
from the current $1.35 to $1.40 per meal .

AMENDMENT TO
PURCHASE OF SERVICES AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 10th day of December,
1986, by and between the Weld County School District RE-5J, located at 3
North Jay Street, Johnstown, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as
"School District," and the Weld County Division of Human Resources' Head
Start Program, hereinafter referred to as "Head Start."
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the School District and Head Start are desirous of
amending the original agreement of August 18, 1986.
NOW THEREFORE, the following condition is mutually agreed upon:
The School District agrees to provide hot lunches to the Head Start
Classroom housed at the Letford Elementary at the price of $1.40 per
meal .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have caused this amendment
to be duly executed as of the day and year first hereinabove set forth.
