RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Cris Arellano and Margo
Barnhart be reappointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board,
and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to reappoint Cris Arellano and
Margo Barnhart, to said Board, with their terms to expire November
1, 1992 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Cris Arellano and
Margo Barnhart be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Juvenile
Community Review Board with their terms to expire November 1 ,
1992.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
October, A.D. , 1989.
