RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY FAIR
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bill Dumler, John
Stahley, Shirley Ashbaugh, and Kathy French be appointed to said
Board, with their terms to expire October 31, 1992, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Harvey Zeller be
appointed to fill the unexpired term of Ray Carpio on said Board,
with his term to expire October 31, 1991 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jim Park, Bill Frank,
and Dale Pralle be reappointed to said Board, with their terms to
expire October 31, 1992, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint and reappoint the above
mentioned individuals to the Weld County Fair Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that those individuals
hereinabove named be, and hereby are, appointed and reappointed to
the Weld County Fair Board, with their terms to expire as stated
above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
October, A.D. , 1989 .
