COLORADO From Clerk to the Board' s Office
Subject Waive time limit for 3 .2% Beer License
Last year Lillian Gooch, dba Crow Valley Cafe , did not submit her
renewal request for a 3 .2% Beer License within the 45-day time
limit as required. The Board approved waiving the time limit and
gave Ms. Gooch a letter authorizing her to continue selling beer
until the State license was received. This year Ms. Gooch, whose
license expires February 23 , submitted her application on February
10 .
I would like to make the Board aware that we call each of our
license holders prior to the 45-day period to remind them of the
date the license expires.
Does the Board wish to consider waiving the 45-day period this
year?
