RE: SET SHOW CAUSE HEARING FOR USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW #713 -
MANUEL BALDERAS
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on October 19, 1988 , a Probable Cause Hearing was
-held to determine whether Manuel Balderas is in violation of
Development Standard 2 of Use by Special Review #713 , being
located in part of the SE* of Section 22 , Township 2 North, Range
64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Manuel Balderas was present at this Probable Cause
Hearing, and
WHEREAS, after reviewing the evidence and hearing the
testimony presented in this matter , the Board found that there is
probable cause to schedule a Show Cause Hearing to determine
whether Use by Special Review #713 , issued to Manuel Balderas,
should be revoked for failure to comply with the above mentioned
Development Standards , and
WHEREAS , said Show Cause Nearing shall be scheduled for
November 14 , 1988 , at 9 : 00 a.m. , at which time the Board shall
hear evidence and testimony from all interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that a Show Cause Hearing
be scheduled to consider the revocation of Use by Special Review
#713 , issued to Manuel Balderas , for failure to comply with the
above listed Development Standards.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that said Show Cause
Hearing shall be scheduled for November 14 , 1988 , at 9 : 00 a.m. , in
the First Floor Hearing Room of the Weld County Centennial Center.
