RE: DECLARE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, State statute and the Weld County Administrative
Manual require that all items disposed of be declared surplus by
the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS , it has been determined that an ambulance , listed as
Asset No. 15-27-0001 , is no longer needed by Weld County and
recommended to be used as a trade-in on a new ambulance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that said ambulance, Asset
No. 15-27-0001 , be, and hereby is, declared as surplus property to
be used as a trade-in on the purchase of a new ambulance.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
October, A.D. , 1985 .
