A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter (SA) of Section 22, Township
6 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the West Quarter Corner (W1
Cor) of said Section 22 and considering the West line of Section 22 as bearing
South 00°19' 14" East with all other bearings contained herein relative there-
to; Thence South 00°19' 14" East along said West section line, 20.00 feet to
