RE: APPROVE CORRECTIONS TO RESOLUTION OF OCTOBER 12 , 1987 ,
DECLARING CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board did, by Resolution dated October 12 , 1987 ,
declare certain equipment as surplus property and authorize the
sale of said items at an auction on October 17, 1987, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that various items, which
were inadvertently left off Exhibit "A" of said Resolution, were
sold at the auction on October 17 , 1987, and
WHEREAS , those items which were not included on Exhibit "A"
and sold at the auction are described as follows: 1) a 1983 Dodge
D15 Pickup, VIN Number 1B7GD14T1DS455477 and Weld County Asset
Number 15220027; and 2) a 1981 Chevrolet Malibu 4-Door Sedan, VIN
Number 1G1AT69K2BR475448 and Weld County Asset Number 15044827 ,
and
WHEREAS, one item which was erroneously listed on Exhibit "A"
of said Resolution, but was not to be sold at said auction, is
described as a 1982 Ford F150 1/2 Ton Pickup, VIN Number
1FTEF15F4CPA42903 and Weld County Asset Number 15220025 , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to make corrections to
Exhibit "A" as stated above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Exhibit "A" of the
Resolution dated October 12 , 1987, be, and hereby is, corrected
as hereinabove stated.
