The Owner agrees to adequately repair any damage on the entire haul route as described above that is created by heavy truck traffic hauling from the owner's gravel pit. 3. The State of Colorado has in the past operated the pit under USR-407. We have requested a copy of the applicable development standards as found in Book 913, Reception No. 1834839. It is our request that Diversified Operating Corporation be given permission from the Weld County Commissioners to operate the gravel pit according to the standards set forth in USR-407, thus saving time and money for both Weld County and ourselves. Dear Mr. Miller: Thank you for your letter dated June 15, 1987, in which Diversified Operating Corporation is requesting to be allowed to operate the "Lindsey Gravel Pit", located in a portion of the NWi NWi of Section 15, T8N, R58W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The Department of Planning Services Staff reviewed your request and determined that Diversified Operating Corporation could operate the existing gravel pit under the Special Use Permit #407:79:28. The Lindsey Permit must be operated in compliance with the 15 operation standards approved for Special Use Permit #407:79:28. Please submit to the Department of Planning Services a copy of the following as required by the Development Standards prior to the use of the site: 1. $100,000 liability insurance policy. 2. A fugitive dust emission permit must be obtained from the Colorado Department of Health. 3. Access and haul routes approved by the Weld County Engineering Department. In addition to the above listed items, the Mined Land Reclamation Board may also require additional permits.
