Dear Ms. Dunn:
Thank you for your recent telephone call with reference to the above gravel.
property. As per your request, we are advising our. Insurance carrier to send
a certificate of insurance to Weld County for which I understand your minimum
requirement is $100,000.
Secondly, I am enclosing a map which defines the alternate haul route about
which we have advised you. As you can see, it is our intent to transport the
Vogl mat,er1als over and through our existing sand and gravel operation which
has direct access to the 1-25 Frontage Road. We will hope to use this route
as much as practical- unless high water in the St. Vrai.n River, precludes the
use of this route. At- that point we will use the permitted haul route as
marked on the enclosed drawing.
