RE: REVENUE SHARING FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board, on April 27, 1987 , held a public hearing
concerning the use of $11 , 113. 00 of unanticipated Federal Revenue
Sharing funds received in 1987 , and
WHEREAS, the proposed use of the Revenue Sharing was for road
maintenance in Weld County, and
WHEREAS, no members of the public objected to this use or
offered alternative uses by written or oral comments .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby directs that a 1987
supplemental appropriation be prepared appropriating the
unanticipated $11 , 113. 00 from the Federal Revenue Sharing Program
for road maintenance in Weld County in fiscal year 1987 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
April , A.D. , 1987 .

REVENUE SHARING HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Weld County
Commissioners will hold a public hearing in its Chambers in the
First Floor Assembly Room, Weld County Centennial Center , 915
10th Street, Greeley, Colorado, on the day and at the time
specified . The purpose of the hearing will be to receive
written and oral comment from the public concerning the
proposed supplemental revenue sharing budget for fiscal year
1987 and the use of revenue sharing funds as contained in that
proposed supplemental budget , summarized below.
DATE: April 27 , 1987 - Monday
TIME: 9 : 00 A.M.
All interested citizens , groups , senior citizens and
organizations representing the interests of senior citizens are
encouraged to attend and to submit comments.

Program that expired September 30 , 1986 .

public inspection from 8: 00 A.M. to 5 : 00 P.M. weekdays in the
Office of the Clerk to the Board , Third Floor, Weld County
Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado.
