Petitioners failed to file an "Exempt Property Report" due to a
change in the Petitioner's church staff. The above property
has been tax exempt and Petitioner has filed "Exempt Property
Reports" for all other years. In addition, there appears to
be a discrepency on the Weld County tax assessor computer re-
garding the tax exempt status of the subject property.
