RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MANUFACTURED HOME ZONING PERMIT NO. 44 - FRED H. AND PATRICIA S. GREENFIELD WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 11th day of October, 1989 , considered the request of Fred H. and Patricia S. Greenfield for a manufactured home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said manufactured home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows : Block 23, Dream Acres Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) A septic permit shall be obtained prior to the issuance of the building permit for the manufactured home; 2) prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence that the watertap is capable of supplying water in such a manner as to be adquate in quality, quantity, and dependability for the proposed use; and 3) the manufactured home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned conditions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Fred H. and Patricia S.
